Donation & Refund Policy

Donations

All donations support Al-Anfal Foundation’s charitable objectives. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways; we do not store card or PIN details on our servers.

Receipts

Donors typically receive an email acknowledgment/receipt after a successful transaction. If you did not receive one, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds

  • Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we consider refunds in cases of duplicate transactions, payment errors, or confirmed fraud.
  • To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the transaction with your name, date, amount, and payment reference.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may request supporting information to resolve the issue with the payment provider.

Our Refund Policy

We will reimburse You no later than 7-10 days from the day. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
